But make sure you give your employees enough time. Do a second assessment at least 9 months after the workshop, so the change can actually take place.

On an annual basis

A lot of companies do it this way. They organise assessments at the end of the year, to see where their employees are at. This also gives them enough insight if they want to put together a development plan for their employees.

Some companies even do it at the beginning and at the end of a year, so they can track change more easily.
