Complaining
Avoid complaining. If something doesn’t sit well or you have a suggestion for some other way, simply tell your boss and try to explain the problem to him. Be honest and don’t complain about every little thing. No one enjoys listening to complaints from co-workers.
Gossip
Sometimes it’s best to keep your personal opinions to yourself. It’s not nice to say rude things to others behind their backs, especially not for people you spend more than half of your day with. It can also happen that your co-workers or boss find out what you said about them, which will not bring anything good.
Lying
Lying is something you must avoid in every way. If you are late for work – tell the truth. We are humans, it can happen to anyone, try not to do it again but the most important thing is to tell the truth. Don’t send emails that your boss shouldn’t see. Small lies can hurt you in a big way and lies always comes to light.
Inappropriate behavior
Avoid acting angry, interrupting and disrupting others, hitting on your boss or co-workers, arriving at work drunk, dressing inappropriately and becoming too comfortable at your workplace.
Bullying and harassment
Never treat people with hatred. If you struggle treating people with kindness and respect, you are not ready to work.
