All submited articles must be original works from the author. In case of quotations, original sources must be properly cited and original authors must be attributed. 

Articles must contain between 350 and 500 words. Acceptable formats are .docx and .pdf. At least one visual must be included, resolution 1,920×1,080 px. Up to 3 additional visuals may be included, as the author wants.

HRM Network administrators reserve the right not to publish the article if it does not correspond to the HRM Network recommendations.
