The truth is, life seem much more easier and tidier when it’s organized. Perhaps, it is different in each person’s life, but when we are talking about being organized at your work, I am sure no one enjoys working in mess. When we say “mess”, we don’t just mean a mess when we can’t find anything we are looking for; we also mean a mess in your heads when we panicked because we don’t know when we will get everything done. It is critical to organize yourself in order to avoid this.

How to organize
1. Make yourself a daily planner. Write down on paper everything you need and want to do that day. You put a tick next to each item as you complete it. Try to be as creative as you can, add colors and drawings. It is satisfying to see that you managed to do everything successfully at the end of the day.
2. Use the time properly. If you find extra time, use it to do some of the tasks from your planner that you need to do.
3. Don’t put off tasks you need to do. That way, you will just pile stuff up an get lost in it all and there will be no results.
4. Keep your desk tidy so you always know where things are and not get into a situation where you can’t find something important. Sort all of the papers in appropriate folders and put all the things in their places.
5. Avoid multitasking. Concentrate on doing one task at a time. Don’t let other things get you in the way and distract you.
